Insulator requirements for insulation resistance test and AC voltage withstand test. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 300MΩ with a 2500V megger test. The AC withstand voltage test shall have a test voltage of 60KV for suspension insulators and a test voltage of 42KV for 10KV post insulators. The insulator in operation should be checked for zero in the operating state.
